Endurance Yoga, founded by Fred Williams, offers one on one, group classes and yoga workshops specifically designed for runners, cyclists, triathletes of all abilities.  What makes Endurance Yoga unique is the emphasis placed on individual expression and development of coordinated muscular access within an athlete’s own body leading to more efficient and economical movement patterns. This new awareness in turn leads to greater flexibility and range of motion, and the creation of power with less effort.
